Ancestral habits are behaviors and activities in which our prehistoric ancestors engaged.
Anthropology, the study of human culture, has exploded in recent years with new findings about the prehistoric past thanks in part to technological advancements and diverse, multi-disciplinary approaches to research.
Ancestral Habits is a passion project to share this research and illuminate the previously misunderstood life and culture of prehistoric people before the dawn of agriculture.

Anatomically modern humans (Homosapiens sapiens) have existed for an approximated ~250,000 years. It is believed that we lived a nomadic, hunter/gatherer lifestyle for 95% of our existence as a species before the agricultural revolution around 12.5 kya.

About Me
I have a degree in Anthropology and have worked in biomedical research development in Academia for over a decade. I truly love learning and thinking about prehistoric people. I hope you will join me in this journey to illuminate their lives!
